Many of our kitchens are built with living quarters on-site. The family who lives there manages the kitchen. They plan meals, shop, and recruit local residents to cook and serve. Visitors in our kitchens will shop for, prepare and serve special meals, or sponsor the operational cost of doing so. While there, visitors play games and engage with the kids.
